Privacy policy

• Reports you post: the property address, the homeowner's name if you give it, your name or business, the amount owed, your description, and any photos or videos. Reports are public.
• Your email, if you give it: kept private, never shown, and used only to email you your edit link.
• Homeowner responses: the response text is public once verified. The email used to verify it is kept private and used only for that verification.
• Your IP address: stored briefly (up to 24 hours) to limit spam and abuse. It is not linked to reports.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for the site administrator.

To publish the reports and responses you submit, send the emails described above, prevent abuse, and deal with removal requests.

• Vercel hosts the site and stores uploaded photos and videos.
• Turso hosts the database.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Geoapify receives the address text you type, to suggest matching addresses.
• OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service receives the address you submit, to place it on the map, and OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles.

Some of these providers process data outside your country.

Reports stay until they are withdrawn or removed. When a report is withdrawn or deleted, its photos, videos and responses are deleted with it.

If you are named in a report you can respond publicly or ask for removal, and you can ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it. See removal requests or email redflagclients@labradical.com.au. Depending on where you live, you may have further legal rights, and we will honour them.
